My all time favorite cookie growing up was the classic peanut butter cookie with the fork marks on top! If it doesn’t have the fork marks it not a peanut butter cookie. Thats my stance and Im sticking to it!

You wont find an easier recipe with results like these. These peanut butter cookies check all the boxes, sugary, salty peanut buttery, chewy!

Easy 6 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies


1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup soy milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt


This is really simple, first preheat the oven to 350. Then toss everything into a bowl! Mix it all together until evenly combined.

Now measure out 1 tbsp balls and place on a cookie try with plenty of room to spread out. Now take a clean fork and press down the top leaving the indentations of the tines. Rotate the cookie 90 degrees and repeat!

Once all your cookies are on your sheet pan and forked pop them into your preheated oven for 9 minutes. They will still seem soft but trust me they will firm up and be amazing and chewy! if you cook them too long they will still taste good but they will be more dry and crumbly.
